"I called State Farm to get quotes on home and auto insurance. I spoke with Hannah and she was great to work with. I was a bit skeptical at first because she asked me for my information and I thought that just with my name they can find all information, because I had insurance with a different State Farm office and I did not want to waste my time by giving them all the information from all things that needed insured. Hannah just needed my date of birth and phone number and she was able to get all the work done like that. She saved me some money so I am very pleased with her and State Farm office"

"Kept sending me notices about bills due but was ignoring my request to suspend my ins. They said it had to be cancelled but I have suspended before with state farm. Long story short, Giot aggrevated and started shopping. I just reduced my bill by over half. Policy on two vehicles liability was 190 bucks a month. Liability on my truck was 127 a month. My truck is now 23 at geico so either way you slice it I saved 75% or more per vehicle. And that just sped fixing my second ride to add. Thanks for all your great help today folks Keep up the great work."

"As requested, we cancelled your insurance policy after clearly explaining that coverage can no longer be suspended. Although this was an option in the past, when Arkansas state laws implemented a fee for active vehicle tags with no active insurance, we were unable to continue suspending coverage. Our team completed the cancellation the same day it was requested and assisted you throughout the process. While the conversation included inappropriate language & pictures being sent to our staff, we remained professional and addressed your request without issue. We wish you the best moving forward."
