"Not understanding why they paid the car owner instead of the actual tow company. Sucks that me as a driver, i can't get paid now on a service that I performed from tulsa to siloam springs that was requested by this insurance.
I stood by the dispatchers when it was requested, and walked in when they where on the phone today. Definitely not a place I recommend for vehicle insurance if they can't pay the tow companies for their customers, from my 9 years of being an operator it's a standard practice for insurances. TOW OPERATORS BE AWARE"

I walked in and was greeted and then I was helped by the senior acquisition representative Jessica Mitchell who was just amazing and helped me get a policy for my 3 vehicles that I was looking for. She also helped me get life insurance and was just super nice and funny. I recommend anyone looking for affordable insurance to check them out."

"Recently, my father inlaw passed away and so he has been with Jordan Smithson State Farm four years. And we have been with Greg Brown, and I assure you were changing over to Jordan Smithson . We have been dealing with them trying to get policies figured out, and they have been so accommodating. We have been speaking with Jessica. She has been above and beyond to make things so simple for us. We’re going to be switching everything over To them within the next couple weeks by far the best insurance agency we have ever dealt with 10 out of 10 recommend she is so helpful just has been nothing but kind and professional and we are able to breathe knowing that they are in control if you’re looking for an insurance agency, that does it all and I promise you everything got thrown all us all at once vehicles homes you name it they make it easy and affordable. If I were you, I’d switch to him as quick as you can."

"10/10 experience! Hannah was so kind and explained everything to me when I wasn’t understanding another quote I had gotten elsewhere. as well as checking RV quotes for me as well. She got me on track where I needed to be and I saved about 100 bucks with State Farm. Overall, I am so satisfied at the moment and so is my husband and I am so glad they are local"
