Position OverviewAs a Part-Time Telemarketer, you will play a crucial role in promoting our insurance products and services through effective communication with potential clients. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the insurance industry and develop their sales and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce insurance products and services.
- Build and maintain a positive rapport with prospects through excellent communication skills.
- Identify and qualify leads, passing on potential clients to the sales team.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the insurance industry.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in telemarketing activities.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus but not required.
