Jordan Smithson

Hello Everyone! My name is Chelsea, and I grew up in Shirley, AR. From there, I moved to Conway, AR, where I met my husband, Jordan. Jordan and I have three beautiful children; two boys and a girl. I have fallen in love with this small town which I like to say feels like a hallmark movie (especially around Christmas time). You will likely see me in the community as I have a deep passion for volunteering and being part of anything that I can in Siloam Springs. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, going on vacations, and exploring new places. I am licensed in Property & Casualty, and I enjoy assisting all of our customers through their claims process at a local level. There is just something special and unique about being able to talk to the same person throughout your claim and being able to come into the office if needed. That is hard to find these days. I am also our Marketing Director and spend a lot of my time planning events and volunteering with the schools and community. Come by and see me!

I was born in Fort Campbell, Tennessee, while my dad was stationed there in the military. Not long after that, he was transferred to Fort Chaffee in Barling, Arkansas, right outside of Fort Smith. This is where my brother, Justin, was born and where I spent most of my childhood. After high school, I graduated from the University of Arkansas Fort Smith with a Bachelor’s and Associate’s degree. My wife, Jessica, and I met while in high school in 2013 and married four years later while she was attending John Brown University. I moved up to Siloam Springs while she finished her schooling, and we have loved living in the community ever since. We also have a son that keeps us on our toes constantly. Outside of work, we love to spend time with our puppy Chaz outdoors. We all enjoy kayaking, hiking, and riding in our side by side through the mountains. I am licensed in Property & Casualty, Life & Health, and I enjoy assisting customers with their insurance needs.

Hello! I am Jessica, and my hometown is the beautiful town of Siloam Springs. I'm the mother of three amazing children who make my world go round. I sincerely love helping people, and that is my favorite part of working in the insurance industry. I chose this career path for this reason entirely. I joined this team in 2021 and enjoy the atmosphere I work in every day. Hello, my name is Billy! I moved to Siloam Springs, Arkansas, from California in 2003. Prior to my current role helping customers with decisions with Medicar planning, I served as an active-duty Marine from 2009 to 2014 and then Arkansas National Guard from 2016 to 2020. I have three kids, 15, 12, and 8 years old. When I am not helping educate customers about Med Supplement, Advantage and life planning options to protect the things we all care about the most, family; I like to spend time fishing outdoors and spending time with my family indoors.

Hello! My name is Chase, and I’m originally from Kansas City, KS, where I was born and raised. I moved down to beautiful Siloam Springs to attend JBU in 2020 and have stayed here since. I love spending my spare time biking around the many trails NWA has to offer and reading books outside on nice days.
